Come with us to church this Sunday! The video will be posted between 6 and 7 AM on Sunday, April 26, and we hope you will feel free to watch it at any time after it is published. Many of the members of Redeemer will watch it at 10 AM Pacific Daylight Time, which is the hour we traditionally gather for congregational worship in Vancouver, B.C.
Worship with us in spirit as we gather virtually to watch this video of our Lutheran Sunday service, prepared on Friday, April 24, by the Pastor and Music Director (and their families) at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Vancouver. This video is meant to help us worship, while we shelter in our separate locations, protecting ourselves and the vulnerable from the deadly COVID-19 virus.

We are living through difficult times. We feel anxious, afraid, stressed; we may be experiencing physical, mental, and/or spiritual symptoms as a result of the pandemic and it’s social and economic effects. Healing Services, including prayer and the laying on of hands, can be powerful, however, they are never meant to replace medical care and the advice of health professionals. Please continue to follow health directives and call your doctor if needed. Our hope is that this brief service offers some wholeness and peace. Peace be with you.

All are welcome! Worship in spirit with the members of Redeemer Lutheran Church, who created this video for the Second Sunday in Easter, April 19, 2020! Please join with us as we watch this together, sheltering from COVID-19 in the safety of our separate locations. Sing and pray with us, and all people who feel connected, or who want to feel connected, with the Holy Spirit. The video will be available on Sunday morning around 6 or 7 AM PDT, and please watch it whenever you wish from that time on. Redeemer members may find comfort in knowing their church family is watching it at the same time, which will be 10 o’clock Pacific Daylight Time on Sunday, April 19.
